Shipping Policy

We aim to process and post your order within 2-3 working days and we ship worldwide using Royal Mail / Courier Tracked Service.


We offer flat rate shipping services. 

UK - £5.99 - Royal Mail
Europe - £11.99 - Royal Mail / Courier Tracked Service
Rest of the World (excluding USA) - £20.00 - Royal Mail / Courier Tracked Service
USA - £25.00 - Royal Mail / Courier Tracked Service
 
How soon after despatch will i get my order?
UK Orders via Royal Mail take 2-3 working days after despatch. For Europe and International addresses please refer to the Royal Mail website and select your country for the most up to date and accurate information.

 
Please ensure your local postal service is operating fully before committing to purchase.

Customs, Duty and Taxes
It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the UK.

 

Vinntry does not take responsibility for any deliveries subject to customs charges / sales tax. This is worldwide and now includes all countries in the European Union. All orders sent to countries in the EU are also subject to Import Tax & Custom Fees.
 

The taxation for a particular country depends on the local GST/VAT, as well as the item category and its declared value so we advise you to check what your local rate is before committing to purchase.
 

There is a threshold which is the amount at which a person begins paying taxes based on the declared value of an item. Anything over that you will be subject to charges. Please note thresholds vary from country to country.​

Additional Information
Please ensure that you double check your delivery address as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are delivered to the incorrect address. If you notice that you have made an error, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing customercare@vinntry.com
 
Lost / missing parcels.
Vinntry will not refund towards orders marked as delivered with a Royal Mail / courier tracking number and proof of postage. Vinntry will also not be responsible for any parcels missing where a third party has been nominated by you to accept the parcel on your behalf. It is also your responsibility to ensure your address is correct at the time of purchase. Please check all details before payment.
 
Quarantine checks

Vinntry does not take responsibility for any quarantine checks which may be in place in certain countries. Please check with your local authority before committing to purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

Vinntry is happy to offer refunds for all online purchases and garments must be returned  in the condition it was sent in.

Please email us customercare@vinntry.com within 14 days of you receiving the item to request a refund.

 

Vinntry are not liable for any additional damage that incurs whilst the item is in your care and any marks / damage noted will be subject to a cleaning / repair fee on return and may affect the validity of the refund.

Shipping

You are responsible for covering any return shipping costs and ensuring it gets back to us safely. Once we have received the item back and it’s been checked, we will refund you the original amount minus the initial shipping costs or we are also happy to offer a credit to be used on the website.

Please note all refunds are processed Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm

 

Due to us being a small business we would appreciate all items to be sent back within 7 days of us approving the return.

International / EU Returns:

Since Brexit we have become aware that taxes and duties within the EU have increased dramatically and so we do urge customers to look into the rules and regulations for your shipping destination before placing an order.

​

We advise you to label all returns as RETURNED GOODS as this can help avoids any customs / duty being applied (although please note this may not always avoid charges, this is beyond our control and comes down to HMRC customs and duty checks.)

 

As a small business we are unable to absorb these costs and you will be liable for any associated duty / customs charges when sending an item back. Any charges that do get applied will be deductible from your refund, if refused the item will be returned back to you at your own expense.
