Vinntry will not refund towards orders marked as delivered with a Royal Mail / courier tracking number and proof of postage. Vinntry will also not be responsible for any parcels missing where a third party has been nominated by you to accept the parcel on your behalf. It is also your responsibility to ensure your address is correct at the time of purchase. Please check all details before payment. 

 

Vinntry is happy to offer refunds for all full price online purchases. Please email customercare@vinntry.com within 14 days of you receiving the item to request a refund. All original Vinntry and Vinntry Evening tags must still be attached for a refund to be accepted.

You are responsible for covering any return shipping costs and ensuring it gets back to Vinntry safely. Once we have received the item back and it’s been checked we will refund you the original amount minus the initial shipping costs or we are also happy to offer a credit to be used on the website. 

 

Vinntry does not take responsibility for any deliveries subject to customs charges or local sales tax.
